poor cleaning ongoing maintenance
The room cleaning was NOT thorough. cups were not cleaned during my entire stay. significant maintenance was happening without any explanation and plaster was on the floors. Large dehumidifiers were in the corridor. I was disappointed by the experience.

fantastic stay
central location rooftop bar dietary needs comfortable bed
the location is excellent. it is a short walk to the city center. the rooftop bar is a nice place. the staff was polite and catered well for specific dietary needs. the bed was really comfortable and i had a good nights sleep.
the pool is very small for all the guests.

The room was clean and spacious. i had a triple room, and it accommodated us well. the breakfast buffet had diverse choices. I especially liked fresh fruit options. the location allowed easy access to major attractions.
The rooftop pool area was somewhat small and crowded. Finding available loungers was a bit challenging.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially at reception. They provided quick assistance with directions and any queries. the rooftop bar staff was attentive. i appreciated their prompt service during the evenings. i would rate their service as excellent.

the hotel's location is great. it provided easy access to many restaurants. el pimpi and casa lola were near and offered tasty food. the central position also allowed easy walks to key landmarks.

convenient location rooftop terrace comfortable beds
I found the location very convenient, close to the city center. the rooftop terrace provided great views, especially in the evening. the staff were always helpful. They quickly addressed my questions. i especially liked the comfortable beds. They ensured good rest .
the pool area felt quite small, with limited space. securing a sunbed required getting there early, inconvenient. this impacted my relaxation, given the restricted availability.

The hotel is located a short walk from the city center. Many attractions are easily accessible. the area around the hotel felt safe. I felt secure walking at night. several shops and restaurants are nearby. This made it easy to find necessities.

ideal location helpful staff
The location was ideal, a short walk to the city center. The rooftop bar and pool were definite highlights. I enjoyed the comfortable, modern facilities this hotel provided. Every staff member was exceedingly helpful. They provided excellent service.

spacious room prepared sofa bed separate shower
the room was spacious for a family room. the couch had already been prepared as a sofa bed upon our arrival. the bathroom included a separate shower and a bathtub.
there was no place to dry swimming suits after using the pool.
